to Chloe
Aside from my beloved dachshunds, I must tell you about Chloe, my dear little girl with the sweetest amber eyes, whom I fell hopelessly in love with three years ago.
During the years we spent together, I was fortunate to experience extraordinary moments with her, thanks to her boundless sweetness and profound intelligence. For three years, she was my daily companion, and I will never stop thanking her for always making me feel loved and never alone.
When her illness was discovered, our bond grew even stronger: just one look was enough to understand each other and for me to know how she was or what she needed
From then on, I gave more weight and value to every moment spent with her, aware that we would have less time together than I had imagined and wanted. I gave each hug an extra value.
Chloe was my baby and the perfect little sister to Olivia, two dachshunds so different yet absolutely inseparable, bound by incredible love.
"I Bassotti di Olivia" is dedicated to Chloe, to all the love she gave to me and Olivia, and which I am sure she would have given to all my puppies.
